Refund & Return Policy
At Graha Ratna Store, your satisfaction is important to us. If you face any issue with your order, we’re here to help. Please read our simple return and refund guidelines below.
Eligibility for Returns & Replacement:
You can request a return or replacement within 7 days of delivery if:
• You received a defective, damaged, or wrong product
• The item is unused, in original condition, and in its original packaging
• All tags, certificates, and accessories are still attached
Important:
• Please share clear photos/videos as proof when raising a return request.
• Returns will be picked up from the same address where the order was delivered.
• For missing items, please contact us within 72 hours of delivery; requests after this period will not be accepted.
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns or replacements if:
• The product has been used
• The product was damaged after delivery
• The packaging, tags, or certificates are missing
Return / Replacement Process:
1. Initiate Your Request
Email us at graharatnastore@gmail.com with your order details and issue (defective, damaged, incorrect item, etc.).
2. Wait for Approval
Our team will review your request and confirm if it meets the return criteria. After approval, you will receive instructions for the next steps.
3. Return Shipping
Attach the prepaid return label provided by Graha Ratna Store and drop the package at the mentioned courier point.
Refund Policy:
• For eligible returns, we issue Store Credit equal to the value of the returned product.
• If you want a refund to your original payment method, a ₹100 processing fee will be deducted.
• If the product was damaged or defective on arrival, you will receive a full Store Credit once we receive and inspect the item.
• For partial returns, Store Credit will be issued only for the returned item(s).
Replacement Policy:
If you choose a replacement instead of a refund:
• Your replacement product will be shipped within 4 days after we receive the returned item.
• You will be notified once the replacement is dispatched.
Important Note:
We ensure the authenticity and quality of all our products. However, individual experiences and results may vary. No returns or replacements will be accepted for issues related to personal belief, effectiveness, or expected results, as these differ from person to person.
